Vanessa has been making and designing cakes for over 20 years and has acquired a strong following of clientele.

Whilst at school Vanessa found her passion for decorating cakes, and following a number of years in catering she ventured into making miniature cakes, intricately iced and decorated in Royal icing. From there the requests for larger celebration and wedding cakes came in and she has continued to grow by specialising in bespoke cakes, with no one design being the same.

With her own specialist style of decorating in Royal icing, along with classic and original creations, a new design is just around the corner waiting for you.


More recently Vanessa has entered a number of competitions including Cake International, winning a number of Golds, and coming 2nd in her class.  Also entering Hotelympia, Salon Culinaire winning Gold with her Carousel horse in April 2014.  Check out my Blog!
