This is my Carosel horse I made, and entered into Hotelympia Salon Culinaire in April this year. I had never entered such a large show and against professionals, so I had no idea what to expect.
This was my first time working with chocolate, and he took me 3 months to make! This was a real challenge, but I loved every minute of making him.
I didn't want to find out how I had done until I went up on the last day, and was so pleased to get a Gold, I cried! Coming 4th was an incredible achievement for me.... bring on next year!
